No (but with a warning). Unlike China, Pakistan does not have a "Great Firewall." You can freely use WhatsApp (including calls), Google Maps, and Facebook. However, the government can (and does) temporarily shut down all mobile data nationwide during times of political unrest or protest. Our eSIM will also go down during these shutdowns, just like a local SIM.
