No! This is the most common mistake. Although Suriname is a Dutch-speaking country, it is NOT part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands or the European Union. Therefore, EU "Roam Like at Home" rules do not apply. Most Dutch carriers (KPN, T-Mobile, VodafoneZiggo) will charge you very expensive international roaming fees. A Cellesim eSIM is far cheaper.
